Psalm 55:22 --- you really need to read this.
"Friends are God's way of taking care of us."
This was written by a Doctor of Metro Denver.

I was driving home from a meeting this evening about
5, stuck in traffic on Colorado Blvd., and the car
started to choke and splutter and die - I barely
managed to coast into a gas station, glad
only that I would not be blocking traffic and would
have a somewhat warm spot to wait for the tow truck.
It wouldn't even turn over. Before I could make the
call, I saw a woman walking out of the "quickie mart"
building, and it looked like she slipped on some ice
and fell into a Gas pump, so I got out to see if she
was okay.

When I got there, it looked more like she had been
overcome by sobs than that she had fallen; she was a
young woman who looked really haggard with dark
circles under her eyes. She dropped something as I
helped her up, and I picked i t up to give it to her.
It was a nickel.

At that moment, everything came into focus for me: the
crying woman, the ancient Suburban crammed full of
stuff with 3 kids in the back (1 in a car seat), and
the gas pump reading $4.95.

I asked her if she was okay and if she needed help,
and she just kept saying " don't want my kids to see
me crying," so we stood on the other side of the pump
from her car. She said she was driving to California
and that things were very hard for her right now. So I
asked, "And you were praying?" That made her back away
from me a little, but I assured her I was not a crazy
person and said, "He heard you, and He sent me."

I took out my card and swiped it through the card
reader on the pump so she could fill up her car
completely, and while it was fueling, walked to the
next door McDonald's and bought 2 big bags of food,
some gift certificates for more, and a big cup of
coffee. She gave the food to the kids in the
car, who attacked it like wolves, and we stood by the
pump eating fries and talking a little.

She told me her name, and that she lived in Kansas
City. Her boyfriend left 2 months ago and she had not
been able to make ends meet. She knew she wouldn't
have money to pay rent Jan 1, and finally in
desperation had finally called her parents, with whom
she had not spoken in about 5 years. They lived in
California and said she could come live with them and
try to get on her feet there.

So she packed up everything she owned in the car. She
told the kids they were going to California for
Christmas, but not that they were going to live there.

I gave her my gloves, a little hug and said a quick
prayer with her for safety on the road As I was
walking over to my car, she said, "So, are you like an
angel or something?"

This definitely made me cry. I said, "Sweetie, at this
time of year angels are really busy, so sometimes God
uses regular people."

It was so incredible to be a part of someone else's
miracle. And of course, you guessed it, when I got in
my car it started right away and got me home with no
problem. I'll put it in the shop tomorrow to check,
but I suspect the mechanic won't find anything wrong.

Sometimes the angels fly close enough to you that you
can hear the flutter of their wings...

Psalms 55:22 "Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He
shall sustain thee. He shall never suffer the
righteous to be moved."

My instructions were to pick four people that I wanted
God to bless, especially for the months left in 2007 ,
and I picked you.
Please pass this to four people you want to be
blessed and a copy back to me.
Here is the prayer:

"Father, I ask You to bless my children,
grandchildren, friends, relatives and email buddies
reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of
your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask You to
minister to their spirit this very moment. Where there
is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there
is self doubt, release a renewed confidence through
Your grace, In Jesus' precious name. Amen."

I know I picked more than four -- you can, too.

These Claims are more particularly located at the northern end of the El
Indio Belt in Chile Region III which is approximately 150 kms. East of the
City of Vallenar, Chile.

1. Under the terms of the Agreement, the Vendor will grant to the Company
the sole and exclusive irrevocable right and title to the Claims, subject
to:

(i) the completion by the Company of confirmation of legal title and due
diligence on the Properties as to ownership by the Vendor and results
therefrom being satisfactory to the Company, acting reasonably, within a
period of 90 days;

(ii) the right to extend a further 90 days by mutual consent. (the right to
extend a further 90 days has been granted to the Company, in an effort to
complete its due diligence);

(iii) The Vendor and the Company shall put forth, all their reasonable best
efforts to obtain a satisfactory title opinion or Court Order, or such that
the Company will acquire the property freee and clear of all liens and
encumbrances, with a view to further develop the property into an operating
mine.

2. Upon satisfactory completion of the due diligence and clear title being
established, the Company will then:

(a) issue to the Vendor Twenty Million (20,000,000) Common Shares, upon the
execution by the parties of this Agreement and subject to the subject
conditions as set out above; and
(b) that all original documents or notarized copies of official translations
are therefore required to complete the transactions contemplated in the
Agreement. The issuance of the 20 Million (20,000,000) Common Shares shall
be issued in the Vendors designated name to the benefit of Vendor, upon the
removal of the subject conditions as set out above.

3. Further, satisfactory completion of the due diligence and clear title
being established the Purchaser with the assistance of the Vendor, (if
necessary), will apply for permits to the appropriate authorities to place
the property into production. Upon the appropriate permits being approved,
the Purchaser will have the option to acquire an additional 25% interest in
the property (bringing the Purchaser interest to 75%) in exchange for a
further issuance of Ten Million (10,000,000) Common shares of the Company's
stock. We are presently pursuing further due diligence on these Claims.

Hi, and welcome to Pepe's Place Update Group!

Please read our list of rules before posting. It seems as if there are a lot, but Pepe�s Place deals with several different areas now, so we have to cover it all!!!

1. This group is for announcing new stories, and other updates, at PEPE'S PLACE ONLY. The subject line will state what has been updated, so you can skip those you don't want to look at. All announcements will be sent �Special Notices�, so please use this option if you would prefer not to be involved in the group discussion.

2. Please DO NOT announce your own stories or art on this list. Pepe, and the authors housed at Pepe's Place, reserve the exclusive right to announce their work on this list, as that is the main purpose of its existence. If you wish an exception to be made for any reason, please have the courtesy to contact Pepe or any of the other mods. Occasionally Pepe's Place will hold a 'Pimp-Your-Own-Fic' day. This will be the time to let the list know if you have written a story not housed at Pepe's Place, or if you have read a story you think the rest of the list would like. Pepe, Nicci, Saladscream or Sean will announce the event in advance and on that day you are more than welcome to recommend off-site fiction or art to the list.

3. This is not an art list as such, although we do welcome and allow art to be shown for Birthdays. Only artists who have a page at the Pepe's Place site are free to show their art at any time. Describing in intimate detail what you would do to them should you ever find yourself alone with them is quite another.

6. You are welcome to send thoughts and feedback to the group about any, or all, stories/wallpapers at Pepe's Place. You are also welcome to ask when the hell a new story will be ready - though we can't promise it will make any of the authors hurry up!! 11. If you are manipping pictures, please ensure you do not submit any pictures to Pepe�s Place that use real life shots of the actors going about their daily lives. There are a wealth of episode captures/behind the scenes captures/studio shots available for use in manipulations. Pepe�s Place is not interested in housing manipulations using pictures of the actors from events such as cons. Also, please ensure none of your manipulations feature minors. As an artist, you are required to be responsible for making sure you do not submit these types of pictures. Mistakes do happen, and can be rectified by writing to Pepe, Nicci, Saladscream, or Sean off list. However, deliberately flouting these regulations will result in ALL your work being removed from the site.

13. Flames and trolling will not be tolerated. If the member continues to behave in an unacceptable way, they will be banned. Please be aware that the owners and moderators have the final say in what is considered 'unacceptable'.

14. Please do not spam the list with OT jokes etc. If you have found something funny/interesting that is Stargate related, or Slash related, then it is probably acceptable. However, random jokes/funny stories just clog up inboxes and that is not what the list is here for.

15. We are no longer able to house images or photos in the files section of this group. This is due to some new regulations in American Law, which we wish to cooperate with. 18. As an author entering a Group Challenge, you have a responsibilty to have your fic beta'd before submitting to the list. We can sort you out easily and quickly.

All of us must admit to it happening at least once. Upon receiving a gorgeous bouquet, we admire the vivid array of colors that greet our dancing eyes, inhale the intoxicating scents, and then we manage to... well, forget. Within a few days, our beautiful bouquet is reduced to a faded and drooping version of its former glory. Not everyone is born with a green thumb, but optimizing the life of your bouquet does not require professional knowledge. Flowers, as any living creation, need attention and care to remain strong and healthy. Remembering a few key tips will keep your bouquet in good health for much longer. First of all, upon receiving the bouquet, there are necessary steps that must be taken immediately to ensure life. Secondly, and of most importance to the plants, is water. Lastly, there are some general guidelines to keep in mind when taking care of flowers to ensure that they remain fresh. Following these suggestions will be the most generous way to say thank you. You will also be quite pleased with yourself, as seeing the bouquet now shows your contribution to its beauty and continued strength.

Care starts the moment you receive your gift. Not only is this vital for the flower’s future health, it is the best way to say thank you. Receiving a bouquet and immediately caring for it shows the giver that you appreciate the gift, instead of simply putting it aside! On top of the consideration shown to the giver, the bouquet needs immediate care to set it on the path to a long life. The first twenty-four hours are very important in the care of your flowers. Immediately stick your bouquet (wrapped and all) into lukewarm water, and let the flowers sit there for about half an hour. This not only gives you time to get the shears, clear a space for cutting and pick out the right vase, but also to chit chat with your newly arrived guests. After about 30 minutes, take the stems and cut about an inch off. Be sure to cut at an angle, as this gives more surface area to absorb water. Choose your cutting tool carefully! Strong shears are recommended, as if you use scissors that aren’t sharp enough, you might crush the stem, which is very unhealthy for the flower. Rip or cut the lower leaves off the plants, as leaves that are compacted underwater will begin to rot and breed bacteria. This will prove harmful to the flowers and will just plain smell bad! Now, be like Goldilocks and fill the vase with water that’s not too hot, not too cold, but just right. Flowers, like us, enjoy living in a comfortable temperature and environment.

The most important element in this comfortable environment is plenty of fresh water. Water is a life force, and probably the single most important factor in keeping your bouquet alive for as long as possible. When taking care of cut flowers, equate their situation to that of human beings. For instance, we change our bed sheets as often as possible. Water is the bed of cut flowers, and must be freshened up quite often - every other day is recommended. This will get rid of any bacteria growth that may have begun in the water. When you’re freshening up the water, take an extra minute to give the flowers a mini haircut; freshen up the flower stems by trimming a bit more off of the bottoms. A nice spritz of water on the flowers themselves provides a nice freshener. While not actually hydrating the flowers, some water droplets on the flowers will give them a nice shine, and keep dust off. Remember the value of fresh water to flowers.

Following the last mix of advice will extend the life of your flowers an extra few days beyond normal care. Feed your plants. Plant food is a bit tricky though, as you must be careful with the amount you add. Too little may promote bacterial growth and not help the flowers, while too much will be harmful for the flowers, over saturating them. When you add the right amount, the plant strengthens and kills bacteria that could be harming your flowers. These events are designed to showcase Linux on the desktop. We will
have six computers displaying

I had a crappy day today. I have the headache from hell.
While there are ups and downs in business, today was a headache in the down side of business that I wasn't really crazy about.

When some days things go well. Other days things don't go well. I always believe that in adversity there is opportunity. Today gave me a great deal of adversity and opportunity.

It's important to remember that when you have a bad day, you might as well have a really bad day. They're inevitable. They're going to happen. If you have a really bad day, you might as well pack other "bad day activities" in with all the other activities on a bad day.

Getting rid of more bad day problems will ultimately make the next day seem much better. That's what I like to call bad day management.

Today was one of those bad days. Tomorrow I trust will be a much better day.

President Bush says to CONSERVE
That\'s unusual... President George W Bush telling Americans to Conserve. I guess he was mostly talking about using gas resources, but it\'s unusual to hear President Bush say that. It\'s interesting that The Federal Government is spending approx $1 billion per day to keep troops in Iraq etc. I\'m thinking that many Americans may disagree with a President asking them to conserve, while the government is debt spending on a nation, and in an action that is not well accepted. I question also whether this conservative mentality is going to lead to a \"recession\" As gas prices continue to rise, as well as other products and services because of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita, many people are going to have less discretionary income to spend on luxury items. The word conservative in my opinion may be the start to some kind of recession. Inflation: Along with higher gas prices, I believe that all of the supplies being consumed in the Gulf coast rebuild is going to cause the cost of these building materials to hit the ceiling. It\'s great that there is going to be a huge demand for building materials in the Gulf Coast. It\'s going to mean that these building materials are going to be as readily available for the rest of the country. Of course, everything is available at a price. It\'s estimated that there are going to be 450,000 homes needed to be rebuilt ALL AT ONCE. That\'s unprecedented. More Housing Inflation: The Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita victims take up some of the vacant housing slack across the other states. Should these evacuees decide to relocate to other states, they\'re going to be using up a percentage of the current vacancies. This means that the house prices and rental properties will increase in those areas because the inventory of those properties will diminish. In this case the Hurricanes are increasing the property values of other cities and states. Of course this bad economic news is not going to relate to higher income people who have more than enough discretionary income. The rise of housing and gas prices etc are not going to affect their behaviour. The affect will be mostly to middle and lower income families. Is a recession around the corner? THE FIRST REVIEW - RICH JERK EBOOK I just thought I would give a real , but example quick review on the Rich Jerk ebook using my new buttons. RATINGS
I researched the Rich Jerk ebook for about an hour. I read different blogs on the Rich Jerk\'s ebook product. I READ THE WHOLE PAGE!! I visited his website. Normally, I don\'t read the whole \'mile long\' sales page because I can usually get to the point at the bottom of the page. However, I DID read the Rich Jerk\'s whole page, including his claim where he shows how much money he\'s made. I wouldn\'t have continued to read unless he was showing me some of his own success. He did manage to grab and keep my attention which is unusual. I was impressed with the lay out and copy on his page. Let\'s face it, marketing is marketing, even if he is insulting you throughout the copy. I was intrigued and tempted to buy the book. After reading some blog and forum reviews, some of the readers indicated that they tried to return the book for a refund and received a nasty email with profanities from the Rich Jerk. They did not get their refund back. At last look I couldn\'t find his book listed anywhere in the first pages of Clickbank. It may be because of the complaints from his poor refund performance. BOTTOM LINE: If you\'re a newbie, apparently there is SOME GOOD and valuable information in The Rich Jerk\'s book. His style of writing is definitely unique, and he seems to be doing well with his style. You may or may not get a refund from him. Actually, Cross, I travel quite a bit. I have not had nor will I have access to my database for another two or three hours. In the mean time, I can give you what I recall or can see live on the internet:

I recall seeing web sites with your name complaining about the fact that you were selling links with promises of search results. I recall some complaining that you would not tell them where their links were. I recall others complaining that you took their money and provided nothing. I recall others mentioned on this topic being named as your associates and agents. I recall reports of phony postings and testimonials from people such as your significant other (wife?) using a name of Collins (maiden?). I recall finding link after link that led from one site to another that would have your name associated with it. Many of the sites appear to now be parked pages (empty shells of former sites?) that have nothing but spam links on them. Michael Rasmussen here wishing you a Merry Christmas.

In this issue, I'm going to share with you the five biggest internet
marketing blunders that I made this year. Let yourself learn from my
mistakes so you'll make a lot more money in 2006.

MISTAKE #1 - I created a whole bunch of products and I didn't even have time
to market them. It's true, I created 11 different info products this year,
and a couple software programs, and I got so bogged down with managing my
forum that I just didn't make the time to set up pay per click campaigns or
get my affiliate programs all ready. Silly me :)

MISTAKE #2 - I tried handling all my tech support myself. Wow, this one sure
bogged me down this year.
Dealing with tech support for simple issues was one of the reasons I
couldn't get some of my products launched this year. Don't make this
mistake. If you're spending
2 hours per day or more on email, you need to consider outsourcing. Make
sure you stay tuned, because I have a premium newsletter coming out on this
very subject.

MISTAKE #3 - I wasted too much time dealing with flames on the internet
marketing forums. Listen, there's always going to be people who criticize
everything you say and do. In fact, the more successful and well-known you
become, the more people will want to talk about you. Just look at those
celebrity magazines. Half of those gossip headlines aren't even close to
being true, and yet people just eat it up. Don't waste time with people who
have nothing positive to add to your life.

MISTAKE #4 - I let myself get stressed out over small stuff. I can't tell
you how many days I spent at my computer pulling my hair out (what's left of
it) over some tiny little thing that wasn't working on one of my websites.
Lesson learned... hire an expert to come in and fix the little things so you
can focus on making money instead.

MISTAKE #5 - I wish I had sent more fr_ee content to my readers and fewer
promotions. Yep, I admit it... I was a promotion hog this year, and I
apologize. That's why I'll be sending you some KILLER new content in the
form of my new premium newsletter. It's too big to fit in an email, so I'll
be sending them via PDF files that you can download. Listen, you have to
take care of your readers if you want them to follow your recommendations
and buy your products, and I want you to know that I plan on focusing more
on education in 2006, not just promotion.

These five mistakes cost me a lot of money (and reader
loyalty) this year, and you better believe I won't repeat them in 2006. I
really hope that reading this email will help you market more effectively in
the new year.

I have lots of amazing new stuff coming out, so keep your eyes open for
future emails.

THE PRICELESS MasterCard Wedding

You gotta love this guy.....

This is a true story about a recent wedding that took place
at Clemson University.

It was in the local newspaper and even Jay Leno mentioned it

It was a huge wedding with about 300 guests. After the
wedding at the reception, the groom got up on stage with a
microphone to talk to the crowd.

He said he wanted to thank everyone for coming, many from
long distances, to support them at their wedding. He especially
wanted to thank
the bride's and his family and to thank his new father-in-law for
providing
such a lavish reception. As a token of his deep appreciation he
said he
wanted to give everyone a special gift just from him. So taped to
the bottom
of everyone's chair, including the wedding party, was a manila
envelope. He
said this was his gift to everyone, and asked them to open their
envelope.

Inside each manila envelope was an 8 x 10 glossy of his bride
having sex with the best man. The groom had gotten suspicious of
them
weeks earlier and had hired a private detective to tail them.

After just standing there, just watching the guests'
reactions for a couple of minutes, he turned to the best man and
said, "F--- you!".

Then he turned to his bride and said, "F--- you!"

Then he turned to the dumbfounded crowd and said, "I'm outta
here." He had the marriage annulled first thing in the morning.

While most people would have canceled the wedding immediately after
finding
out about the affair, this guy goes through with the charade, as if
nothing were wrong.

His revenge... making the bride's parents pay over $32,000
for a 300 guest wedding and reception, and best of all, trashing
the bride's and best
man's reputations in front of 300 friends and family members.

This guy has balls the size of church bells.

I DESPERATELY NEED YOUR HELP!

As I write these words, the drug companies and the government are in full force putting together a major negative PR campaign attacking me personally. As I pointed out earlier in this issue, the government is in the process of putting out many false and misleading press releases trying to convince people not to buy and read my book. I believe this is a coordinated attack between the FTC, and other federal government regulatory bodies, as well as state regulatory agencies. This is being funded, in my opinion, by the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry. Lobbyists have been employed and tens of millions of dollars are being spent specifically to ambush me, attack me, discredit me, and make me look bad in any way possible. I believe private investigators have been hired who are reviewing everything I do and are even going through my trash. The drug industry and the government will stop at nothing to try to discredit me and stop people from buying and reading the book. I am exposing the corruption in government and corporations. I am blowing the whistle on the truth. I am exposing the rats and how they lie and defraud the public. I need your support more now than ever before. Major news agencies are running stories putting out false and misleading information about me and the book. Newspapers, magazines, and television and radio stations are putting out news reports that are flagrantly untrue, misleading, false, misrepresentative of the facts, and that contain nothing but personal attacks in attempts at suppressing my First Amendment right of free speech all because I am exposing the dirty secrets that the government, drug industry, and food industry do not want you to know.

I am also exposing the dirty little secrets that the news media doesn't want you to know. Therefore, I am on everyone's hit list. It is hard for me to defend when these news agencies will not allow me to buy time and counter their lies. As I mentioned, USA Today will not allow me to run ads. CNBC will not run my ads; many ABC stations will not run my ads. Other cable, television and radio stations will not run my ads. I believe they will not run my ads because the drug companies and food companies, being the major sponsors, are telling them, do not run ads for my book. These magazines, newspapers, and television and radio stations are being told by the drug companies, the food industries and other advertisers to run negative stories on me. This is actually happening right now.

How can we turn this around? There is an easy way. Many of you remember the movie Miracle on 34th Street. In that movie, a man said his name was Kris Kringle, Santa Clause. When he went to court to defend his position, the miracle that happened was, in "Perry Mason" style, suddenly the doors of the courtroom swung open and dozens of mailmen appeared carrying bags of mail from people all around the world addressed to Mr. Kris Kringle. Bag after bag, after bag, after bag of mail was poured on the courtroom floor in front of the judge. Everyone was shocked and amazed. The judge was amazed at the number of people that had sent in an outpouring of support of Kris Kringle. That overwhelming show of support in the form of written letters made all the difference, and there was certainly a miracle on 34th Street - Kris Kringle won. We can do the same thing. I simply need you to sit down and write me a letter, or send me an e-mail. Make the letter "To whom it may concern." Say honestly what you truly feel. Say that you read my book and that you liked it. Say exactly how the book has helped you. Tell me your success story. How was life better because you were exposed to the information in the book? The more letters like this that I receive, the more ammunition I will have when I am attacked by news agencies. Imagine me being able to send 50,000 letters and drop it on the desk of Bill O'Reilly at Fox News, or the president of ABC News, or a member of the Attorney General's office in New York, or the FTC, or even the President of the United States. How do you think that would look? Let me tell you something; that would blow them away. That one thing can change everything. Please, please, please help me. Spend five or ten minutes and write me that letter. It is most urgent and most needed right now.
